Our Team
President: Derek Louden
Derek is the third in a long line of real estate investors from the Dallas area. His family has been investing in all aspects of real estate since the 1940’s (raw land, multi-family, single family houses, notes, etc.). He earned his B.A. and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is an Eagle Scout.
He lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two children and runs his business the way he would want to be treated. When you talk to him, you can expect him to treat you like family.
